Has anyone experienced this before? Whining/whirring sound coming from pulley areas, you can hear it when idling and accelerating. However, the sound gets significantly quieter when turning on AC or defrost?

What would be the cause of a whining sound while accelerating? Bad pulleys/bearings? However when I turn my AC or defrost on, the sound is still there but significantly lessens.

Has anyone ever gotten an endoscopy after years of binge eating/bulimic habits to check out any damage that might have occurred, but turned out to be no damage? I’m a 27 year old male.
