First playthrough question: I have pretty ok performance stats as well as a proficiency bonus star on the stat, but my druid is not proficient with musical instruments. Does this mean I will never be able to utilize those stat points?

My Attempt at full 0's With No Powers on Very Hard. Unfortunately I realised at the end of mission 8 that the Duke's body is unavoidably detected which caused me enough grief to flop the 9th. Very difficult playthrough.
