UST but pending NMAT results

For those who are currently applying or will be applying to UST but still waiting for the NMAT results this March, after February 17 (deadline of online registration), do we just wait until we receive our NMAT results and submit it before March 14 (deadline of submission)?

To rephrase my question, what's important for us is to get into the admission portal before February 17, not necessarily submit our online applications?
