Tourist sim card questions

Hello everyone, I am planning to buy a 10 day Dtac sim card from Klook, and I would like to know:

1) If I can extend the validity of the card beyond 10 days by topping up? If so, can I top up via the Dtac site or app when I am back in my country?

2) And my passport details ( ie. Name) will be registered isn't it? I asked since I am also planning to open a Thai bank account, and I just read about the registered name on the mobile number must match the name on the bank account rule.

Would be great to hear from people who have experience in this.
