Lenovo specific Windows 10 download

After purchasing a new machine, I'm about to factory reset and sell my Thinkpad T480s. I've been running Linux on the ssd since day 1 and would like to do a fresh install of Windows 10. After much internet searching, I can't seem to find a download for the "Lenovo version" of Windows that came pre-installed.

Am I wasting my time looking for it? As I could easily just install the standard Windows 10.
