HostPlus Superannuation - Customer Service feedback

Hello all,

I am thinking of rolling over my superannuation to HostPlus, but I am hesitant due to their poor performance regarding customer service after a quick google search.

I am interested to know people’s experiences with HostPlus and if their poor online rating is a true reflection of their actual customer service.
